From this, I deliver integrity, excellence, and commitment to residential real estate transactions through my superior communication and customer service skills. Licensed in 2002, my track record has been consistent as a top producer. I am a member of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS Million Dollar Club and have also received numerous awards for customer service and productivity through Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServcies. I have been awarded the Delaware Today's 5-Star Real Estate Agent since 2009. I serve as a mentor for new agents at my office in Hockessin, Delaware. Licensed in two states, my knowledge encompasses New Castle County, Delaware, as well as Chester and Delaware Counties, Pennsylvania. Personally, I have been committed to my children's education holding positions of VP and President of the Parents' Association. I was president of our neighborhood civic association and served on the Vestry of my church, St. James Millcreek Hundred in Wilmington. My commitment for serving the community brought me to involvement with the homeless and placed me as a Host Coordinator and Board Member (Secretary) for over 8 years with Family Promise of Northern New Castle County, a national interfaith organization providing food and hospitality for homeless families. Currently, I now endeavor in my passion:  dog agility and training with my two dogs, Pippa and Thea.  I believe that any professional must deliver value for their client. Real estate is rarely a simple transaction and demands more from an agent than meets the eye. A successful home purchase or sale is one that achieves your goals in the shortest amount of time, with minimum anxiety or inconvenience.
